Get Excited For SCOOB’s Home Premiere!

This Friday, May 15th, SCOOB will host a home premiere, just like a red carpet premiere with celeb guests and everything, but um … at home! Since ya know, we can’t really go outside and whatever? Lol

Anywho, my daughter and I were invited to attend the #SCOOBMovieNight party on Twitter this week and I’m super excited! I’ve done a few Twitter parties over the last few weeks, but this one is super special because I grew up watching Scooby-Doo!

So we’re celebrating ALL week long with a photo challenge, giveaways, a Tik Tok dance video, and a few other things so make sure you follow along on social media using my hashtag PATxScoobMovie. Quick confession though: I still don’t know what SCOOB is about! Lol I haven’t seen the trailer yet, just the commercials on TV. But I guess I’m about to find out, just like you! Lol Oh, and the SCOOB activity sheets and coloring pages are closer to the end of this post if that’s ALL you came here for. Don’t let my rambles delay you. Lol

So what’s this new SCOOB movie about?

Well, SCOOB reveals the never-before-told story of Scooby’s origins!

It shows how one of history’s most famous friendships began when an adorable, homeless puppy met a lonesome young boy named Shaggy, and how the two of them joined forces with aspiring young detectives Fred, Velma, and Daphne, to become the celebrated Mystery Inc.

With hundreds of cases solved and adventures shared, Scooby and the gang face the biggest and most challenging mystery of their careers! As they race to stop this “dogocalypse”, they discover that Scooby has a secret legacy and an epic destiny greater than anyone imagined.

SCOOB features an all-star ensemble cast including Will Forte, Mark Wahlberg, Jason Isaacs, Gina Rodriguez, Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Kiersey Clemons, Ken Jeong, Tracy Morgan, Simon Cowell, and Frank Welker.

The movie was directed by Tony Cervone, who also directed Space Jam, and was one of the creators of the Scooby-Doo series “Mystery Incorporated”.

Oh and while we’re on the subject of greatness, the SCOOB soundtrack also features tracks from some of my faves: R3HAB, Pink Sweat$, Charlie Puth, and Kane Brown.

So what’s happening during this SCOOB Home Premiere?

The SCOOB Home Premiere will happen on Twitter and will take place in two separate parts. First a special event pre-show, and then a Twitter watch party, where families can watch SCOOB together, and then tweet along during their favorite parts.

The pre-show features:

Fun Scoob moments with stars from the movie, along with the movie’s director
Lennon Stella will exclusively premiere an acoustic version of lead single “Summer Feelings” Feat. Charlie Puth
Thomas Rhett, Kane Brown, and Ava Max will be on hand to showcase their newly released single “On Me” from “SCOOB! The Album” … and more!

Once you have your copy …

Log onto Twitter at 7PM EST to watch the LIVE pre-show activities. There’s gonna be a Twitter LIVE video for you to watch everything go down. Click here to have Twitter set a reminder so you don’t forget to join! (I just did! Lol)

Then once the pre-show is over, use the hashtag #SCOOBMovieNight on Twitter to tweet along with everyone else watching, and share your fave parts, while watching the movie. Try not to share anything that may be a spoiler for others, since not everyone will be able to participate in the festivities.
